Six on Six is a small, funky specialty cafe on the east side of Danang. They got their name from the address: 6/6 Che Lan Vien. They bought this Cafe a year and a half ago. The previous owners didn’t have as good a reputation and these owners do. They source the finest Vietnamese beans (100% arabica) and single origins from boutique farms in Da Lat. Da Lat has the best farms and dairies in Vietnam.
They offer cold brew, pour over, Aeropress, and all your favorite espresso-based drinks done just right. I have an aeropress and I still like their coffee better. The owners are expats. He is American and she is Vietnamese. They serve their own traditional Vietnamese coffee styles.
They offer a wide array of hearty, healthy western fare. If I tried to cook Vietnamese food, they wouldn’t like it, but Lien serves great American fare. She and her staff make everything from blue cheese omelettes to BLATs (Bacon, Lettuse, Avocado and Tomato) and salads. They are close to the beach, but not overpriced, and open everyday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
They cook for special diets: Vegetarian Friendly, Vegan Options, Gluten Free. They serve Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, and Drinks. Cuisines include American, Cafe, Healthy, Australian, Fusion. The best part can be their Takeout, but the Outdoor Seating is great.
If you are a digital nomad, the WiFi is great. Brenn, one of the owners, is a programmer. He gets two networks from two different sources, with the passwords the same. There is free off-street parking, and they accept the major credit cards.
