Lotte Mart Danang

Lotte Mart

Not to be outdone, Lotte Mart, is also a large company, and also has a membership club. Lotte Mart is owned by Koreans and is on the south side of town. There are many other locations, but in Danang there is only the one location. Still, the rewards are the same, 1% of all your purchases.

Lotte Mart has been upgrading everything in their store, their offerings and their services during the last year. They completely replaced the vendors on the second floor, added a delivery service, and replaced the signs and decor.

I wasn’t able to find the application for their card program in English online. The Service Counter is near the grocery department on the 4th floor. It’s a simple process and you will need your passport number, and maybe also your passport. The delivery service is called Speed L. Some of it is in English, some in Vietnamese and some in Korean (they are a Korean company).

This app is a mixture of Vietnamese, Korean and English, but I recommend their Speed L delivery service. You can choose the products at the store and then identify them in the app. When you shop here, I recommend you avoid weekends and plan to arrive early in the day. This company brings in bus loads of Korean tourists who get to shop “duty-free”. They literally buy suitcases and fill them with ramen, toothbrushes, and sandals. Then they box up more stuff and ship it. Toward evening, the checkout lines get longer and longer.
